Initial Comments:
An offsite follow-up survey conducted on September 12, 2022 found that Aveanna Healthcare, had corrected the following deficiency cited under 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiency was cited as a result of a re-licensure survey completed on July 28, 2022.
